Cancellation terms - Billnäsin ruukki

GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS:

A single hotel room for one night can be canceled free of charge 1 day before the date of arrival.
Individual table reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 2 hours before the start of the reservation.
On event days, table cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the booking date, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. All non-refundable bookings will be charged. The cancellation fee is the price mentioned in connection with the event and the value of the reservation, however, always at least 30 € / person.
In the cancellation terms, different agreements can be made separately in writing by agreement between the customer and Billnäsin Ruukki. These deviating agreements must always be made in writing by e-mail and recorded in the booking confirmation or order form sent via Billnäsin Ruukki.
Items booked with a discount code are always charged the full product price, regardless of the time of cancellation.

If the whole reservation, or a part of the reservation is cancelled,

when there are less than 30 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, cancellations free of charge.
when there are 21-29 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 25% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 14-20 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 50% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 7-13 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 75% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 0-6 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 100% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.

If the whole reservation, or a part of the reservation is cancelled,

when there are less than 60 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, cancellations free of charge.
when there are 59-45 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 25% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 44-30 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 50% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 29-15 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 75% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
when there are 14-0 days left until the beginning of the reservation period, 100% of the price of the cancelled products or pre-ordered services will be charged.
