Bruksboden’s bright conference room is suitable for meetings of 10–20 people and for larger information events for up to 50 people. In diplomatic form, 21 people can fit around the table in the meeting room.

There is a separate lounge, suitable for example group work, and a 21-seat cinema/auditorium connected to the conference room. There is also a sauna in the Bruksboden building.

There is wireless internet access and modern meeting technology in the space.

In addition to meetings, e.g. training and launch events, team days, Christmas parties and casual evening parties for groups of friends have been held here.

History

A short walk from the main buildings in Billnäsin Ruukki, on the other side of the Mustio river, there used to be a shop directed to the iron workers. In 2012, the old shop was renovated into a modern conference facility, which interior and decoration tells about its previous purpose.
