Eat and sleep well, that is what Billnäs Dine&Stay package is all about! The package includes accommodation in either a Patruuna-, Patronessa- or Vuorineuvos hotel room, a four course dinner and breakfast in our restaurant.

Chef Oscar Heerman and the rest of the kitchen gang will set the following menu up for you:

Blue mussels, carrot, blue mussel cream and dashi vinaigrette

Västerbotten cheese flan, fermented and glazed mushrooms and puffed mushroom cracker
