At 14:00 Afternoon coffee in the meeting room

At 16:00 The first meeting day ends. Checking in to the rooms

At 16:30 Gathering in the central courtyard and let’s go together on a tour of the history of Billnäs. The tour ends at Billnäs Chocolate Factory

At 18:00-20:00 Sauna and jacuzzi for those who wish

At 20:00 Four-course dinner in a restaurant in Billnäs
