Fridolf Leopold Hisinger’s conference package
Fridolf Leopold Hisinger’s two-day conference package 247€ / person (VAT 0%) min. 10 people
Fridolf Leopold Hisinger was the patron and free lord of Billnäs. In 1918, Hisinger was awarded the title of independent Finland’s first mountain councilor. He grew a modern industrial company from his inheritance in ironwork, Billnäs, the third largest town in Finland. Billnäs was successful at the same time when several other Finnish ironworks had to give up refining iron at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Hisinger was able to respond to the tightened market conditions and increased competition. Hisinger transformed the old Billnäs Ruukki into a modern listed company, which at its peak had more than a thousand employees.
This meeting package offers a luxurious combination of historic charm and modern comfort. The meetings are held in the Executive Board meeting room (OPTIO), and participants can enjoy delicious meals and get to know the ironworks rich history on a guided tour (OPTIO).
