Kickoff, seminar or launch events

Our meeting service helps you and your company succeed in planning events that are important to you. Billnäsin Ruukki’s versatile event spaces enable the implementation of many types of events up to events of 1,000 people. A kick-off day, a seminar day or an important launch can be done just one hour from Helsinki in our conference hotel in western Uusimaa.

From 08:30 to 09:00 Registration and morning coffee

Arrive early and enjoy breakfast before the official start of the day.

At 09:00 – 09:30 Welcome speech

At 09:30 – 10:30 Annual review and future plans

10:30 – 10:45 Coffee break

From 10:45 to 12:00 Workshops and group discussions – we will be divided into different spaces throughout the area or in the Big workshop.

From 12:00 to 13:00 Lunch break – we either go to the Iso workshop or go to the restaurant Billnäs for lunch

From 13:00 to 14:30 Inspiring speakers and inspiration, for example through our partner My Speaker.

14:30 – 15:00 Coffee break

15:00 – 16:30 Working in teams

16:30 – 17:00 Summary of the day and going home

17:00 – 19:00 Relaxation and networking – you can choose activities from Billnäs’ activity tray or relax in Bruksbrude’s sauna and outdoor jacuzzi.

19:00 Dinner in the Billnäs style
