Billnäs handicraft fair 12.4.2025

Billnäs handicraft fair is coming again – The popular fair will be held in Iso paja on the 18.4.2026!

The historic environment in Billnäs Bruk gathers a vast array of craftspeople. A selection of crafts as well as supplies and materials are showcased at the fair.

Opening hours:
Saturday 18th of April 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Admission is free for visitors.

Prices:

Early Bird until 31.12.2025:

2 x 2 = 70€ + VAT
2 x 4 = 110€ + VAT
Electricity 29€ + VAT
Table and chair rent 15€/pcs + VAT

Prices from 1.1.2026:

2 x 2 = 100€ + VAT
2 x 4 = 130€ + VAT
Electricity 29€ + VAT
Table and chair rent 15€/pcs + VAT

Peruutusehto: Messupaikat laskutetaan ilmoittautumisen jälkeen ja maksettu lasku toimii vahvistuksena paikkavarauksesta.
Mikäli näytteilleasettaja peruu ilmoittautumisen 18.3.2026 jälkeen, ei maksettua palauteta.

We want to promote the event well in advance – so we ask you to send us a short description of yourself and any images allowed for marketing to myyntipalvelu@billnas.fi after registration.

Preparation of the fair venue starting on Friday 17.4. from 12:00 to 19:00 and dismantling after the fair on Saturday, the fair venue must be vacated by 21:00. The fair venue may not be dismantled before the end of the fair.

If you arrive on Saturday, the fair venue can be prepared from 08:00. Please note that the fair venue must be ready before the fair doors open at 10:00.
