Get a sweet start to your weekends in late summer and early autumn in Billnäsin ruukki!

Your stay starts with an hour-long chocolate course at Billnäs Chocolate Factory, where you will get to know and prepare handmade chocolate under the guidance of a chocolatier.

From the chocolate course, you come to a ready-made table; you are enjoying a four-course dinner at Billnäsin Ruukki’s restaurant – and your own chocolates will be delivered to you during the meal.

At the end of the day, you get to relax and rest in the atmospheric Patruuna-, Patronessa- or Vuorineuvos hotel rooms.

We will not let you go hungry home either, breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant on departure day is included in the price.

The maximum amount of participants on the courses are 16 people, the courses starts at 16.00, 17.00, 18.00 and 19.00. 

Our chef Oscar Heerman prepares a four course surprise menu for you, all in advance announced special diets are taken in consideration.
